Return Policy（返品ポリシー）

返品・交換について
以下の場合を除き、返品・交換には対応しておりません。
・商品説明と著しく異なる重大な不備があった場合
・誤配送の場合
古着・ヴィンテージ品・コレクションアイテムは一点物のため、軽微な使用感や経年変化は返品の対象外です。
該当する場合は、商品到着後7日以内に info@maniacplaza.com までご連絡ください。返品送料は当店が負担し、返品商品の到着・確認後、ご利用の決済方法にて返金します。
お客様都合によるキャンセルは、発送前に限り承ります。

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:
・The item has a significant issue that differs greatly from the product description
・An incorrect item was delivered
Vintage items and collectibles are one-of-a-kind, so minor wear or age-related marks are not considered defects.
If one of the above applies, please contact info@maniacplaza.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping cost and refund your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Cancellations for personal reasons are accepted only before the item has shipped.
