Do you ship internationally?
International orders are currently accepted by inquiry only. Please email us with the item(s) and your country, and we will send you a shipping quote (Japan Post EMS or international courier). Once confirmed, we will issue a payment link.

Are shipping fees included in the displayed price?
No. Prices are for the item only (tax included). Within Japan, shipping is free on orders of ¥10,000 or more; otherwise a flat rate of ¥800 (¥1,100 for remote islands) is added at checkout. For international orders, we quote shipping individually upon inquiry.
いいえ、表示価格は商品代金（税込）のみです。国内配送は、ご注文金額¥10,000以上で送料無料、それ未満は全国一律¥800（離島は¥1,100）がチェックアウト時に加算されます。海外発送の送料は、お問い合わせ時に個別にお見積りします。
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Yes. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
ご入金確認後、通常2〜5営業日以内に発送いたします。発送完了後、追跡番号を記載したメールをお送りします。
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods shown at checkout. Prices are displayed in Japanese yen (tax included).
