Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship internationally to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
International orders are shipped from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service).
If you are located in another country and wish to place an order, please contact us by email before purchasing. We will check availability on a case-by-case basis.

はい。現在、海外発送はアメリカ、カナダ、イギリスに対応しています。
発送方法はEMS（国際スピード郵便）を予定しています。

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Yes. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
注文から発送までどのくらいかかりますか？
ご入金確認後、通常2〜5営業日以内に発送いたします。
