Do you ship internationally?
If you are located outside of Japan and wish to place an order, please contact us by email before purchasing. We will check availability on a case-by-case basis.

Are shipping fees included in the displayed price?
No. The prices displayed on our site are for the item only and do not include shipping fees. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on your destination.
いいえ、含まれておりません。サイトに表示されている価格は商品代金のみとなります。送料はご注文手続き（チェックアウト）の際に、配送先に応じて別途計算・表示されます。
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Yes. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
ご入金確認後、通常2〜5営業日以内に発送いたします。発送完了後、追跡番号を記載したメールをお送りします。
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Shopify Payments where available. Prices are displayed in your local currency when supported.
